The District will provide public access to proposed and adopted budgets and budget amendments in accordance with applicable law. Where required, the proposed budget will be available for public inspection and the District will provide the notices and opportunities for public participation required by law.

Copies of the District’s applicable external audit reports will be made available on this website when appropriate and legally permissible. The District will also provide access to such reports through the appropriate governmental repositories, including the Louisiana Legislative Auditor, as applicable.
