To: All Wireless Service Providers and Providers Doing Business in Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Subject: Increase in 9-1-1 Wireless Service Charge for Service Users Located Within Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Pursuant to the aforementioned subject, please find attached hereto a copy of Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) Ordinance Number 26-001 (July 21, 2026) authorizing an increase in wireless device 9-1-1 service charge collections for any users having a billing address within the boundaries of Caddo Parish. This adjustment has been made as a result of the enactment of Act 947 of 2026 (Regular Session) of the Louisiana Legislature.

The following adjustment became effective August 1, 2026, to all wireless customers located within Caddo Parish, Louisiana:

Previous Rate: $1.25 per month, per access line

New Rate: $2.00 per month, per access line

EFFECTIVE: JULY 1, 2025 - WIRELINE/VOIP RATES

To: All Fixed Location Wire Line Service Providers and Providers Offering a Connection to the “Exchange Access Facilities” Doing Business in Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Subject: Increase in 9-1-1 Wire Line Service Charge for Residential and Business (Commercial) Fixed Location Wire Line Service Users Located Within Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Pursuant to the abovementioned subject, please find attached hereto a copy of Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) Ordinance Number 25-001 (January 21, 2025) authorizing increases in 9-1-1 service charge collections for any Residential and Business (Commercial) users of fixed location wire line service and of those providers offering a connection to the “exchange access facilities” (i.e., landline telephone exchange service, Voice Over Internet Protocol, and the like), whose address is within the boundaries of Caddo Parish, Louisiana. This adjustment has been made as a result of AT&T’s Louisiana fixed location wire line tariff effective January 1, 2025.

The following adjustments shall be made effective no later than July 1, 2025, to your wireline customers located within Caddo Parish, Louisiana:

Bus: $2.50 per month per access line     Bus: $5.60 per month per access line

(up to 100 lines per business)                                                          

Further, please be aware of the published escalation schedule within this same Ordinance (annotated in Sections 3.1-3.3). Pending amendments by the District’s Board of Commissioners, reminders of these increases will be sent in advance to ensure plenty of time for compliance.

Subject: Increase in 9-1-1 Wire Line Service Charge for Residential and Business (Commercial) Fixed Location Wire Line Service Users Located Within Caddo Parish, Louisiana

Pursuant to the abovementioned subject, please find attached hereto a copy of Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) Ordinance Number 25-001 (January 21, 2025) authorizing increases in 9-1-1 service charge collections for any Residential and Business (Commercial) users of fixed location wire line service and of those providers offering a connection to the “exchange access facilities” (i.e., landline telephone exchange service, Voice Over Internet Protocol, and the like), whose address is within the boundaries of Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
