The Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (“District”) is committed to openness, accountability, responsible stewardship of public funds, and meaningful public access to information concerning the District's governance and operations.

As a Louisiana political subdivision and communications district, the District conducts its affairs in accordance with applicable provisions of Louisiana law, including the Louisiana Public Records Law, Louisiana Open Meetings Law, Louisiana Local Government Budget Act, state audit laws, public contracting and procurement requirements, and the Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics.
