NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners for the Caddo Parish Communications District Number One (District) will conduct its monthly meetings in accordance with its By-Laws, on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., except for the month of December. District meetings are open to the public, and held in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Emergency Communications Center, located at 1144 Texas Ave., Shreveport, LA 71101.

Should scheduled meeting dates be changed or special meetings called, the District will notify the public as required by LA RS 42:19.

Meeting agendas are structured as follows: Call to Order; Roll Call; Public Comment/Introduction of Guests; Approval of Minutes; Financial Reports; Receipt of Reports from Staff, Subcommittees or Consultants; Consideration of Resolutions/Ordinances; Old Business; New Business; Adjournment.

Meeting minutes are published in the official journal and posted online after board approval.
